Aviemore, Scottish Highlands
We will spend two days in this beautiful area in the Highlands of Scotland. We are spoilt for choice with stunning mountain scenery and rocky streams everywhere we look. The exact schedule will be weather dependent. The first day we will spend photographing the landscape and the second day will be spent honing our wildlife photography skills in the Highland Wildlife Park. PRICE IS FOR TUITION ONLY. The workshop will be suitable for beginners and experts, but ideally you will have already done a Going Digital Part 1 course and understand the basics of photography. There are many activities to keep non-photographers happy in this area if you are bringing your family! We will aim to meet up on the Friday evening for dinner and spend Saturday and Sunday photographing to our heart's content.
We will be based at Glenmore Lodge, Scotland’s National Outdoor Training Centre located in the heart of Cairngorms National Park. The accommodation is in twin rooms. For bed&breakfast - the costs are £80 for 2 people sharing a room, per night, and £60 for 1 person in a single room, per night. We can either eat in the bar at the Lodge, or go into Aviemore. Your accommodation needs to be booked separately by yourselves at the Lodge.
