Whilst watching this film I have thought a lot more about the effect on our perceptive mind when given information, The film looks at ways of creating special illusions through ambiguous images, perspective theatres, folding peepshows and from the 19th century, the stereoscope, which look forward to today’s holography. It goes one to look at how ones perception of an image is based on the circumstance of that person, a highly educated member of the public may not see information shown in an image more than a less educated one one, but when direct information about an image is shown to one of them there stance is no longer personal or subjective its nearly a objective photocopy of the artist
